Have a question, a problem or something to report? Write to us at support@fixgram.app. We review reports about objectionable content within 24 hours and usually answer other messages within 1–2 business days.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings (☰) → Account → “Delete account” (or Settings → Friends and privacy → “Delete account”). Your profile and all its data on the server are deleted immediately. If you no longer have access to the app, write to support@fixgram.app with your display name and username (or, in older versions of the app, your invite code FG-…).
How do I add a friend?
Find their username (@name) with the search (magnifier in Feed) and follow them from their profile, or send them your personal link (valid for 7 days). You follow a public profile right away; a private profile gets a follow request that they approve or decline. When you follow each other, you are friends: you see each other’s daily summary and share the leaderboard. In older versions of the app, friends are added with an invite code (FG-…): the friendship starts when the other person accepts the request.
How do I report a post or a person?
Tap “…” next to the post or open the person’s profile and choose “Report”. Pick a reason and, if you like, add details. The post disappears from your feed right away and we review it within 24 hours. For urgent cases, also write to support@fixgram.app.
How do I block someone?
Open the profile of a friend, a follower or a public profile (or a friend request you received) and choose “Block”. You are no longer friends, any follows between you are deleted, they no longer see your day or posts, and you no longer see theirs. You can unblock them in Profile → Settings (☰) → Friends and privacy.
What do my friends see about me?
Your name and avatar, calories eaten compared to your goal, the percentage of your protein goal reached, your number of meals, your approved posts and, only if you turn it on, today’s steps and calories burned. They never see your weight, other Apple Health data or your full diary. Details in the Privacy Policy.
What does a public profile mean?
Your profile is private by default. If you make it public (you need a username and must confirm that you are at least 16), any user of the app can find you in search and follow you without your approval, and sees your name, username, avatar, follower count and approved posts (meals, with foods and calories if you show them, recipes and other photos). Your name, avatar and number of posts also appear on the web page fixgram.app/your-username/, which anyone can open. Your daily summary stays visible to friends only. Details in the Privacy Policy.
How do I remove a follower or make my profile private again?
You can remove anyone from your followers list (they are not notified, but can follow again while your profile is public); to stop them following you, block them. You can make your profile private again at any time: it disappears from the web page (in search it stays with only your name, avatar and a lock), and anyone who wants to follow you from then on sends a request; your existing followers stay and still see your posts (you can remove them at any time).
Why didn’t my post appear?
Photos are not checked automatically: they appear right away. If a photo is reported, a person reviews it within 24 hours and removes it if it breaks the rules (Terms of Use).
I changed my phone
If you linked your profile to an email, Apple or Google, sign in with it on the new phone and you get the same profile. Otherwise your profile is kept in the phone’s Keychain; if it does not come back after a restore, write to support@fixgram.app.
Photo analysis does not work
Check your internet connection and try again. Analyses have a daily limit that resets at midnight, Moldova time.
